Boat Harbour Beach in Boat Harbour is an ocean beach that is great for children. Waves are less than 1 m at the shore. You can, swim, fish, picnic, and BBQ. There is a shop, with takeaway and ice-creams. Also showers with disabled toilet which makes this beach perfect for a day hanging with the family in the sun. Boat Harbour Beach is a curving 200 m long sandy beach. The sandy beach contrasts with the prominent boulder beaches that line both sides of the bay.

The beach is surrounded by parks and parking. There are some lucky residents that have waterfront homes here. The Tomaree Nation Park borders either side of the houses. The beach is used for launching small boats. Only when the waves are up is there surf here.
