Port Stephens is internationally renowned as a marlin fishing hot spot with many world record catches of marlin and shark made here. It is the location each year for the biggest game fishing competition in the southern hemisphere – The annual interclub competition held in late February.

“The Ultimate II” is a 40ft O’Brien and is a pure fishing machine, with its powerful turbo charged motors to get you to the fishing grounds fast and in comfort. The Ultimate II is fitted out with an extensive range of electronics and Shimano fishing equipment. With over 25 years of local fishing knowledge, this gives you the best chance of catching that dream fish
Game Fishing
Fishing for Black, Blue and Striped Marlin, also Mahi Mahi, (dolphin fish) and Tuna on the Shelf, Bug Gibba, Seals Rocks and the Vee Reefs
(November to May) Charter – 7am to 5pm for up to 6 people.
Deep Sea Fishing
Jigging and live baiting for King Fish, Snapper, Blue Eye Cod, Bar Cod etc. Out on the edge of the continental shelf at Almart mountain in 180 metres of water
Charter – 7am to 5pm for up to 6 people.
Reef Fishing
Fishing Broughton Island for Snapper, Trag, Jew Fish, King Fish etc
Charter – 6am to 1pm for up to 6 people
