Stay Port Stephens Founder & Director

Michelle purchased and renovated her first investment property over 20 years ago. After having a real estate agency manage the home and finding constant issues, lack of communication and guest satisfaction, Michelle believed there was a better way to manage her holiday home.

The philosophy of a better way to do things involved better advertising, guest services, cleaning, and overall better care. From there Michelle’s creativity and passion for the area saw Stay Port Stephens made.

Michelle has her Diploma in Hospitality Management and Real Estate Licence. Michelle is a wife and mum of two boys who love spending time outdoors and at the beach and loves surfing in her spare time.


Stay Port Stephens Manager & Director

Shane’s approach to life and work is total quality management and continuous improvement. His knowledge in the holiday rental industry is extensive. He has owner built and renovated many times in the last 20 years.

Shane also has a Certificate in Hospitality Management. Shanes first holiday home he managed was in Fingal Bay in 2001. Shane’s approach is to look after each house as if it’s his own.

Shane loves to spend time with family motor bike riding and kicking the ball. When on holiday in Port Stephens Shane recommends getting back to nature on one of our many natures walks or rides.


Accounts Manager

Stacey started with Stay Port Stephens in 2018 as our trusted Accounts Manager. With an extensive background in accounts, Stacey brings a multitude of knowledge with over 20 years’ experience within in the Real Estate Industry.

Growing up in the Hunter Valley and now residing in Port Stephens with her husband and two kids, Stacey’s attention to detail, efficiency and dedication to her work is one that rivals most.

Stacey is always looking forward to expanding her knowledge and assisting owners with their account queries.owners, trades, and clientele, meeting their goals and seeing their dreams become a reality.

Camillia Lleras

Operations Manager

Cami joins our team with nearly a decade of experience in Real Estate and customer service. She has won Residential Property Management accolades with leading Australian networks, giving you confidence that you are dealing with a true industry professional.

Cami combines unique vision and planning abilities with a sincere desire to provide clients with the very best care and attention. Her enthusiasm and empathetic nature make every guest feel appreciated and understood.

As Operations Manager, Cami recognises the importance of appointing efficient services to deliver premium management service to all our clients and unparalleled guest experience for our holiday makers.

When Cami isn’t in office or out and about checking in on our luxury holiday rentals, you can find her creating beautiful floral arrangements or exploring our gorgeous coastal flora and fauna with her family.

Margaret Bunton

Holiday Property Manager

Margaret has an extensive background in holiday rentals. Margret has over 15 years’ experience within in the Real Estate Industry, with majority of those years being in Holiday property management.

Margret brings a multitude of knowledge and expertise in Holiday property management to the Stay Port Stephens team.

Margret has lived in the Port Stephens area for over 30 years so has a good knowledge of the area and its many attractions. She enjoys going for walks around our beautiful area, loves swimming and participates in the local 10 pin bowling league.
